Vladimir Poroshin works on two challenging technological projects with M-Brain’s IT team. In addition to his work with M-Brain, Vladimir is a researcher at the University of Helsinki, and is part of the CoSCo (Complex systems computation) research team.

Originally from Krasnodarsky Kray, Russia, Vladimir initially studied Applied Mathematics at the St. Petersburg State University. He then moved to the Computer Science University of the University of Joensuu. From there, Vladimir moved to Helsinki to work as a researcher with the CoSCo research team.

At M-Brain, Vladimir applies his research skills to real-life challenges and distances himself a little from his theoretical research.

- The university projects and the work at M-Brain often go hand in hand and common ground is found every day, says Vladimir.
