Business intelligence company M-Brain Oy which is specialized in the monitoring and analysis of web communications has started to realize its growth plans in Germany and founded an affiliate company in Mannheim. Germany’s markets look promising to the Finnish company. "Germany is a major economy, its economic growth is on a record high. Information markets there are growing fast and services of our kind are in high demand. I believe that our Germany office opened in July will help to meet these needs effectively", says M-Brain CEO Marjukka Nyberg

The use of social media tools by enterprises is growing steadily. The main applications are the monitoring of online discussions, information sharing, as well as customer feedback and the monitoring of business information. In the future, social media tools will be increasingly internally used in corporations and as sales support, for instance, in the search for sales arguments or future project identification. The subject was tackled at a seminar by online monitoring specialists M-Brain, attended by more than 60 media professionals.

According to a research by Web monitoring specialists M-Brain Oy, online chat sites included questions about the dosage of psychological medication, as doctors appeared to be too busy to give official dosage instructions. Chats also included criticism of medical companies’ aggressive marketing, since it urges people to take more medication.
