M-Brain held a conference in Helsinki on the theme “Social Media & B2B” on Friday the 15th of May. The key note speakers Jussi-Pekka Erkkola from Nokia, Sami Viitamäki from Diego\Digital and Jyrki Kasvi, a member of Finnish parliament gave new perspectives to the audience on the theme.
For many B2B-companies the utilization of social media is a difficult subject; how to get in touch with the right people and find proper ways to communicate the message to them and first of all, how to learn from social media and make better business. All these themes were discussed over the conference.
Jyrki Kasvi concentrated on the theme of democracy in the Internet, Erkkola give insight to B2B-marketing in Nokia and Viitamäki accentuated the importance of well organized in-house social media applications.
