This white paper covers the central findings from M-Brain’s European Social Media Survey. The purpose of the survey was to explore how companies utilize Social Media in their businesses.
The findings of the European Social Media Survey 2015 were made based on 164 individual responses across 15 countries and a multitude of industries. On average, companies have two employees focusing on Social Media activities as a primary job and a total of ten employees who contribute to these activities.
